Use Mullvad or some other VPN service that isn't American. PIA is American, for instance, so you might be uncomfortable using it in case they're logging.

Mullvad is good in my books, as I get full bandwidth through it at 7.0MB/s, and their customer support spoke excellent English and wrote long and detailed emails.
