I can confirm this, the UI is inconsistent, i had to install 3 placebo programs to get rid of telegram, if i try to install a custom theme the system just goes to shit and i have to restore, 2 years worth of updates and still nothing, but im just too lazy to returnt to 7/ switch to linux.

I have win 7 and 10 installed on a dual boot partition.

10 is abysmal mate. I only have it to run Gears 4 and Hitman in DX12 (Doubled the framerate).

I still do everything else on 7.
