>According to recent chatter around the tech-sphere, NVIDIA’s biggest partner, EVGA may be jumping on the AMD Vega train this year. Industry speculation about the possibility of EVGA partnering with AMD to make and sell Radeon Graphics cards has been going on for many years. The subject has been brought up more frequently as of last year however

IT'S OVER, NVIDIA IS FINISHED!

they have explicitly denied this on twitter
it would be suicide anyway considering the treatment XFX got when they started selling ATI cards
I honestly don't pay attention to branding when I buy an Nvidia chip. I get whichever is cheapest and has a reasonable warranty.

What happened to them?

When XFX decided to started selling AMD cards, Nvidia cut them off as an official partner. That's why XFX can only make AMD cards now. Not sure why some brands like Asus and Msi are allowed to sell both.

Because they are big.

I hope they cut off EVGA too, and everyone else until nvidiots are literally forced to buy the founders edition of every single card they ever design

Nvidia would go bust. Nobody likes the founders design other than water cooling enthusiasts.
Good, their FTW fiasco means they are AMD tier

Maybe because they are also mobo manufacturers so if Nvidia tries to screw them over they can screw Nvidia in turn by not allowing their cards to work on their mobos.
