I've had an iPad 3rd Gen for years. It was a gift, and I have used it every single day since receiving it.
A few months back the screen exploded when I left it charging overnight, the cracks have just been getting worse and worse but I still use it.
I'm thinking of dropping £150 for another one.
Is there another tablet I should consider before I do?
I never use any of the software on this shit. Just safari, images and notes, and it has been the more pleasant experience I've had when using tablets.

Just get an iPad mini fist gen or a Nexus 7. Both are fine tablets with better internals.

That or Amazon Fire Tablets, the best fire Android Tablets you can get. Apps can also be sideloaded including Play Store, but you wouldn't make that mistake right? You aren't a botnet cow ready to be milked, right OP?
