why am i getting frame drops when it says im getting 300

when i took the screenshot i guess it said 115 but it usually sits on 300 and i have it on the lowest settings because i cant find out why i am getting frame drops

make sure your power settings are set to max performance

make sure multicore rendering is enabled in csgo settings

you can try lowering your mouse poll rate to 500 if its at 1000, it could affect your performance

reinstall radeon drivers and when it asks you if you want to install relive at the end dont (you can later) and make sure you are using the optimize performance profile
