Why? I mean if that were a 3440x1440 or 4k screen maybe? But even my two 980 Ti's drive 3440x1440 at 100fps in everything I play without much of an issue.

buy a ps4 slim, portable lcd, two wireless bluetooth speakers and you're done. all fit in a bag nicely for portable gaming. just plug and play.

This is brilliant marketing because they also introduced some much more reasonably priced models at the same time, one of which is basically the same as this except with one less 1080. This is the attention getter to get people to look at their other laptops which they will actually buy.
