I'd like to get a new TV once my tax returns come in - what should I look for? Just some tips would help. I'd like a big one that can showcase dat 60 frame goodness, 4k isn't a huge priority, I was told not to get a 4D TV
Thoughts?

>tax returns
Not just paying the right amount of tax to begin with and putting the rest in a high intrest account.

buy a book instead
led/lcd tv's are cheap these days, and very thin if thats what you're into
1080p is the standard for budget tv
smart tv or not smart tv, doesn't matter. nobody uses the built in streaming shit anyways.
4d isn't a thing. thats like disney world smell- o-theater stuff.
since you're obviously poor here is a walmart selection. they're honestly all the same.

I've never had a good experience with a smart tv. Buying a regular tv and picking between chromecast or fire stick is so much better.

A dedicated computer is a better alternative. can legitimately browse the internet in addition to any streaming service in the world. potentially capable of serious gaming also.
you just need a decent htpc remote and a spare computer

For a TV, you don't need 60 fps. There is nothing that uses them.
