what's a good text book to start learning python? I'm a complete noob when it comes to programming and i wanna start now. any free pdf's out there? textbooks? whatever else there is to help?

I don't really know anything about Python but I can tell you that C is the way to go, anything but assembly is a meme. There is nothing that C can't program, just use more libs.
