just close the tabs with 4chan. set the timer, start doing the project and take a 5 minute break in a half hour. (make a shitpost, post a meme) and then go back to work.

Write down all the half hours you do on your projects and try to be better every week.

Block 4chan via all means possible, make it a pain in the ass to undo. Black hole it in your hosts file, block it on your router, use opendns for upstream DNs and block it there too.

Next, use caffeine plus l-thanine to get motivated. Start working.
