I OC'd my 470 to 1370/1750 and I wanna leave the fan on a static 50% 24/7, is that a bad thing? Is there a downside to leaving my fan constantly at 50%?

it doesn't really matter if your graphics chip is cool when your vram is literally burning.
R9 270X here, once the card gets over 50 it goes to 100.
I've already burnt around 256mb of the 2GB.
for some reason tho, the first used 1.75gb is fine.
