Rosewill here. No fucks given. :^)
I stopped having issues with my PCs after I stopped treating the PSU as a "buy whatever is cheapest" component.

Buy a seasonic PSU, preferably OEM since they are the cheapest (<$40)
super flower or seasonic. can't go wrong with either. evga new g3 line is based off of super flowers new leadex II platform and jonnyguru had an orgasm over it.

rosewill isn't bad because, like most manufacters, they don't actually produce the power supplies themselves. rather they source from third parties to produce them. i know for awhile rosewill capstone series where rebranded super flower units.
corsair for awhile used seasonic but i believe lately for their newer units, such as the rmx series, they are sourcing from cwt and flextronics.
evga's gs and ps lines are rebranded seasonic while their g2, p2, t2, and g3 are super flower.

headphones do not have to convert 230v~ into smaller voltages for your PC components, so yes, buying the right PSU can be costly

I actually got it cheaper buying a 860w Corsair marked Seasonic, than buying seasonic's OEM 860w.
