Get a 1060 6gb or a 480 8gb. Either one is fine unless you have a lot of money to throw away.

Get a 980 while theyre cheap with the 1000 series out
Or something like a 4gb 960 if youre on a budget, a newer 6gb 1060 is also a good option

I noticed my r9 280x was able to almost max out gta v at 60fps but with only 3gb of vram i couldnt do some of the absolute max settings
