What file formats is the world still missing?
We have a million image and video formats. Several document formats, ect, but what's a format that would still be useful, but either doesn't exist, or all implementations are either proprietary or suck ass?
We need a couple more image and video formats. Possibly some new audio formats. I can make the logo.

Interesting.
Yes, yes, I see it now. How about just a single file-format that can be ALL THREE?
No need to differentiate between a JPG or an MKF; just fucking open the file and you'll see what it is.
We'll call it Multimedia Interchange Layer Format
Or .milf

There's a JIF and a GIF? Pronunciation matters now, huh.
.comp
Compact Computer
A container type file for virtual machines, it contains:
-an .xml or xml-like file for description of the virtual machine (fully open specification)
-a read-only boot disk image (changes are always written to an external overlay file)
-optional file like firmwares (SeaBIOS, ethernet boot ROM etc), kernel+initrd, second drive like a floppy image
>hey bruh, we mad a new OS. Wanna try it? Just download this .comp file and double click on it!
.gee
the first /g/ approved file extension

>JIF
Apparently just a JPEG under a different name

What's wrong with the current VM containers? I'm not familiar.

And what information does it encode? RMS memes?
