change windows appearance settings
set roboto for everything
go to chrome settings
change default fonts to roboto medium
if you wanna go extreme, install force custom fonts extension to chrome, add entries for all usual fonts, and force robot medium font for many fonts you dont like, like helvetica arial verdana etc.
