no it won't.
You can store a small amount of data on the sim, like contacts and stuff, but it isn't something web browsers write to as it quickly runs out of data.
Modern phones (which have web browsers) store everything on the phone.
This allows the contacts to have images of the person and stuff like that.

I think you can store around 250 phone numbers and 30 SMS messages on the SIM, so there wouldn't be a point in storing browsing history as well.
Also different browsers store browsing history differently, so it would be a mess to maintain.

No, but if you are using cell data (IE 4g LTE 3g) the company can see all the data you are transmitting with that sim card, they can tell if you are torrenting and shit or on porn websites etc No matter if you change phones
They probably can also tell you changed phones and find make model and shit
But for physical browser history like Google chrome (despite the fact that Google tracks ALL of your shit on their own servers connected to your Google account connected to any device you have if your browser history has pornhub on it and you switch the sim card to phone 2, phone 2 won't have any websites in its browser history
(Again, if you were using chrome and were signed in to both devices, the history will always be tracked and show up on all devices, even in incognito mode for Google searches)
