What are some good sound recorders you know?
I want to record the lectures.

Get something that allows recording in PCM format(WAV). It allows more processing than MP3. Make sure it has a stereo microphone.

But wouldn't the sound be recorded better in a dedicated recorder like OP pic?

The one you have on the picture work great. The cheap Sony recorders are super for that. I bought one of the cheapest (I think the one in your picture) and it functions well.

I have a question.
Can it be also used as an mp3 player?
like transfer songs into it and play those like an mp3 player?

Possibly... Never tried, but

your phone is probably enough.
i've had a zoom H1, other than being extremely prone to handling noise it's very good for its price. if you only put it on the table or a seat and leave it be it will be no problems, but in a windy environment you'd need to windscreen the whole body, not only the mics.
as a next step i got a tascam DR-40, at about double the price. i find no improvement in mic quality, for recording lectures the H1 will do.

This... h1 gives you good value for money. I love the zoom series (owning a h5). If you handle it right you can avoid the handling noise.
