>be me,13
>get Droid X as first Android phone
>pretty impressed with Android OS
>deciding rooting it for multiple advantages (delete bloat, more control over the phone)
>root it, pretty great. Even install a custom power on animation.
>one day, fuck around with app uninstaller
>notice that if you "uninstall" certain apps, it will just reset the app to v1.0
>suddenly, brilliant idea
>find AndroidOS application (it was shown as that on the uninstaller I was using)
>figure if I hit uninstall, it would go back to android v1.0
>mistakesweremade.jpg
>suddenly, get multiple windows of error messages in different languages
>phone goes black
>never turns on again
>mfw I basically did the equivalent of deleting system 32 on a windows PC
Ever since then, I've made sure to be more careful fucking around with a rooted phone.

Every time I install any os, I'm retarded enough to accidentally wipe a drive I didn't want to wipe.
I always unplug hard drives I don't want to install the is to now.
I have literally never had a problem or fuck up of any kind. I assume it's because of acceptable reading comprehension and not being a fucking retard.

I'm too afraid of doing that so I don't install OSs for years

>Need to remove AMD CPU
>Heatsink stuck to the board like sunnuvabitch
>Twisting it to break the seal between thermal paste isn't working
>Man handle it out of the casing
>CPU stuck to the bottom, ripped it straight out of the board

Everytime I've ever put together a computer it wouldn't boot on the first try because the 4-pin on the mobo was loose.
>decide to turn an old desktop that had been abused by my friend for about five years as his nightstand.
>covered in coffee stains and littered with dirt and filth
>wont post(of course)
>spend a week removing parts and swapping them with working ones.
>finally give up and ask my friend what he did to fuck it up
>oh yeah uhhh... got some more ram from best buy...
>realize I spent a week of my life diagnosing a single bad ram stick
