Everytime I plug these into my PC I hear static and crackling in them. I tried plugging the computer into a different socket, rearranging the rooms wires and it still wont go away. My phones earphones dont have this problem when plugged in.
It's an ASUS all in one, any help?
did you plug them into the front port,? try the back one and a different playbackdevice too.

I tried the same headphones in my phone and heard nothing, I only have 1 headphone and 1 mic port
Are you using Windows?
I have the same headphones, and whenever I use them on Windows I can hear a faint static sound from them. On Linux they're totally silent unless I'm playing music though.

I am using Linux
Maybe it's the charger mate
If you are on a laptop, see if it happens while you run off the battery
If desktop, is your PSU shit?

It may be a power issue, is it okay to juts ignore it then?
Pretty sure you've got electromagnetic interference.
something like this should clear it up if that's all it is

It might be a hair caught between the pad and the driver.
