It's time to show off what you got, /g/.
I'm about to go from Windows to Linux, but I am a very shallow person and I can't stand the kind of look most distros have. Windows is not all that pretty, but it's way better than Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, etc. (You've probably guess by now that I am not an advanced user. I haven't try Gentoo and don't intend to, yet.)
So what are the most aesthetically pleasant distros or customizations that do not require too much effort to set up?
(Also, I'd still like to have some compatibility with games and softwares, so not something that is too obscure for this.)

I recommend Solus. It looks good without you having to do anything.
When you get used to linux, look into Arch + i3

I did not know about Deepin, but I already tried ElementaryOS. I'm not sure if I like it or not yet.
