Oversample always. It's the only tscale that doesn't introduce noticeable blurring. It's not as smooth as the other options, but at least it doesn't wreck your image.

Bicbuic or mitchell. It's what the devs use like Haasn. Oversample does jack shit.

As for the upscale shit, justt use ewa_lanczossharp and get over it. It's the recommended scaler. NNEDI is placebo shit that is too heavy to have any form of practical use. I bet you can't fucking tell the difference without comparing stillshots.
