I have tried opening the files with winrar using the extensions .zip and .rar to no success. Anyone know any other common zip file extensions?

audacity gives me nothing
spek gives me nothing
wxHexeditor shows nothing of interest
7zip doesn't recognise it as archive.

because the algorithm used by winrar is proprietary, you can only unrar rar files with that program.

zip files can be unzipped on about any toaster.

Try just literally right licking and opening with. Also upload the file to mega or something and link it 4chan doesn't seem to provide the image with any information in it just like 40KB. Also why are you using winrar?
