All the startup shit is just a bubble. Sure we all know the few that end up with long succesful histories, but what were seeing today is different. Too much bull investing from people with money but dont understand shit investing in every little thing hoping it will explode. Well turns out these apps are not that great at generating revenue (social apps really, games can be big) and its all really a big joke. Expect the economy to fall big time early into 2017.

My last company was this situation. It sure was a nightmare. Current company is similar but this one actually has a solid and modest business model which might break even next year. Hopefully, it's a pretty cozy place.

Regarding OP's point, I laugh and feel bad for anyone starting their business since they're very likely to fail.
