Got no help from /v/ on this...
So for the past few months my Xbox one has been having the issue of not being able to play games, either via a disk or downloaded. The game launches to the splash screen and then kicks back to the dashboard. Have tried a factory reset and clearing the cache etc but still no luck. Other apps such as YouTube, plex etc work, just cannot load games.
Any ideas on a fix for this?

being that whatever os it runs is a completely closed ecosystem, you've exhausted your options.
You could try calling Microsoft tech support, but I doub't they'll actually help you
Other option is buy a new one.
gaming consoles are a lot like apple products, they make it as simple as they can, and then when something breaks they just expect you to buy a new one

contact them and they will tell you what to do
