How do I edit this PDF? Everytime I apply for a job, they email

ok, tried that.
It just displays it in google docs, but I dont see anyway to edit it. If I convert it to a word like doc it breaks all formatting
3rd party pdf readers are asking for permissions to my account that I don not want to provide.

I cant tell if this is a fillable form. It has the fill and sign option, but clicking on it doesnt let me do anything, nor does it highlight anything in purple like an interactive form would normally do

am I doing something wrong here?

The second form they sent me is fillable, but the signature portion clearly states it must be physically signed.

I swear to god, these goddamn HR people have no fucking idea how this shit works.

In google drive there should be an option to open with dochub. You can't edit the file directly, you have to create text boxes and shit.
