Nope, smartphones emit very small milliwatts of non-ionizing radiation. At worst it will raise the temperature of skin surrounding your nuts by like 0.1°C resulting in 0 cellular damage and no noticeable felt heat increase.

non-ionizing radiation can be harmful but only in the hundreds of watt ranges. Mostly by heating things up too much.
