Minimum hardware required to run a Vr desktop with no monitors?
Say I was primarily using photoshop, YouTube, and a bunch of photo refs at once. How cheap could I go?
That would be fucking retarded.
>buy tiny phone sized monitor
>buy one of those shitty vr headsets made to use with your phone
there you go, now literally any computer is a vr desktop

You're retarded
enjoy your headaches and vertigo
Go onto youtube and look up how to make google glass, then plug that shit into hdmi.
I didn't word my question very well. I'm asking about the hardware requirements of the computer not the headset. My computer is old as shit so I was curious about the minimum specs a machine would require to run a VR desktop
Do you realise that the current state of VR for desktop use is utterly abysmal? Trying to use Photoshop with any VR headset available today is an absolute joke.

No I don't realize nor do I care it's just curiosity

VR HMDs dont have high enough resolution to act as a computer monitor yet.
Gen2 should be good, plus foveated rendering will lower the hardware reqs to lower than Gen1
