Trying to craft a budget gaming desktop build, pooling some old suggestions I got, wanting to trim the price to 600 if possible but if it isn't it isn't. Any suggestions?

Determine the game you're going to spend the most time on and build your PC around the specs needed to play that game. As you make more money/save up, you can slowly upgrade parts.
i5, 8GB RAM, GTX 1050ti, 128GB SSD, install Gentoo
There you have it.

Seeing that pic related I truly feel sad for you. You shouldn't be a virgin at that age anymore for starters.

unless you are reusing parts you are missing parts, plus you are going too high for 600$

here, not too graphically powerful, but has expandability, throw in an hdd and graphics card over time and you are still good.
