It can still boot up too, I just don't have anything to boot into, so it goes into a black screen after the post and bios, but if you press keys on the keyboard it makes noise and the lights still stay on.

You got a pretty high-end machine right there. With that display you could use it as a retro gaming machine with no issues at all.

It only has a floppy disk drive and I don't have any floppy disks. I was hoping to do Linux, but Windows 3.1 or 95 look to be my only choices atm.

Without an OS it's probably worth $30 at most.
With Windows 3.11, MS-DOS 6.20 and all the proper drivers installed you could sell it for a lot more to a hipster retro faggot who will use it to watch the intro from Monkey Island and chuck it in a drawer after five minutes.
