Does anyone else ever feel like the biggest issues with finding a tech job is the recruitment department they often hire very stupid fucking people to hire people for the jobs they are filling.
i just got an email back from a web hosting company (Bluehost) despite my years experience in server management and web development with css,python,html... ect they said that i needed call center experience im quite dumbfounded, then again this recruitment lady was very lacking in knowledge on what the job actually was, very condescending as well then again from what i have heard that company is having a very rough year this year and most likely will keep having rough times if people like this are doing the hiring.

Find one of the managers in the department you want to work in on LinkedIn and send him a message along the lines of:

The leap between quotes 4 and 5 is somewhat suspicious, but honestly you don't really want to say too much to people it won't really impress (i.e. HR).
They just want to check boxes off on a list and don't really care what else you have to say about it.
