It goes something like this...

Boot into an install disc, use the repair utility to get to a cmd. Use cmd to pull up an explorer box and browse to the registry, and enable some super user account shit. Then when you log in, create a local admin account and done.

Derp. Boot up from a live cd and replace the accessibility tool you get with clicking shift a coupe of times with cmd. It will launch with SYSTEM privilege so you can change the password. Literally google it retard.
