I fucked my old M8+1 and am picking up my replacement, so it'll be a completely fresh phone.

What firmware should I load onto it?

Stock?
Leave it as HTCrap
Cyanogenmod?

What's best, assuming I'm going to be using NovaLauncher most likely, so Launcher isn't a huge deal (though it is a benefit if it's quite customizable/powerful).

Currently thinking Cyanogenmod
