Is the MSI worth the extra $300? You get a 870M vs an 860M. 8Gb more ram and a an actual hdd.
But do I really NEED all that? The 860M can run new games just fine and nobody needs 16GB ram. And a hdd is actually a hindrance on a laptop.

If you really want to buy a "gaming laptop" I suggest you get the newer ones with i7 6700HQ, Nvme SSD and GTX1060.

Corner desks are supposed to go in a fucking corner, retard.

Is the 950M any good?

No, anything that isn't 1060,1070 and 1080 are bad for a laptop. Don't buy shit if you're gonna keep it.

I dont want a gaming laptop though. i just want a laptop I can game on.
By which I mean, I just want to play witcher 3, fallout 4, and dota2 on medium settings.

It's over a $1000 more than I wanted to spend and actually out of stock.
I don't mind spending 1600, but I wont use the thing for gaming all the time.
And I really couldn't care less about maxing out settings.

This thing is not only for gaming, it's more or less a portable entertain system. Plus the temps are good while gaming and not gaming. Most important with laptops is to keep them cool and not having overheating blocks.
They're both good deals. Just get whatever one you can afford.
