Maybe we will get lucky and they will improve the reference cooler.

sauce? I feel that this is fake.

>How the hell do they not have a cooler ready?- 2 posts shown.
even if they do there is no reason to use it unless you're showing off a finished card.
If you're just doing demo shit they probably want better than normal cooling as an overabundance of caution.

source for screencap?
>Fun fact: CPU coolers are more efficient at dissipating GPU heat than standard GPU fans
I hope someday APUs stop being fucking shit so we can finally get rid of these bulky graphics card that constantly throttle.
I can see a 4.2GHz quad-core ZEN CPU with a 5 TFLOP of FP32 1.2GHz GPU topped with 4GB of HBM being cooled just fine with a NH-U14S to like 50°C even under very heavy CPU and GPU load.

Possibly, but the mechanical stresses with even bigger coolers would be a problem.

I have a bad feeling about this

Bigger APU, bigger mounts. Stresses are not a problem.

Nvidiot spotted.
This is photoshopped.

you prove nothing?
It's called a prototype

You think they secured it with zipties? This is amateur hour.

still better than wood screws

wood screws wasn't even functional. It was a mockup they passed off as real

On intel processors (ue skylake) but AMD doesn't cheap out on their CPU interposers
>tfw people still buy unlocked skylake processors and risk breaking them with aftermarket coolers
