Just order it online. Amazon or Newegg. Sapphire is probably the best AMD OEM brand but they are all hit or miss sometimes. I've done alright with Powercolor in the past too.

Because it's not enough to change it's use case. It's still pretty much just for overwatch, dota, league, rocket league, wow, etc. I believe it's still slower than a 1050 even after the unlocking? Also who is to say that it will work on every card, although it might.
