Probably not, but not for the reason you think. Once you learn more than one language you'll begin to see similarities (and differences) between their implementations, and that lets you learn your third/fourth/fifth/etc language more easily.

Some companies will still hire you if you can prove you've worked with several languages before and can adapt to their stack quickly. It's about adaptability in most cases, not specific languages or frameworks.
