Seems like a gimped gaming laptop. It's an hq and 960m so you aren't getting anything close to what you think those parts can put out. If you want to game get a desktop. Get a laptop for long battery life. It should be used to run simple applications and if you must outdated games. Anything more and you are just wasting money.

advice to not buy win10 computers is because of GNU/Linux compatibility as some companies like f***ing LENOVO, SAMSUNG (for my experience) use components with proprietary win10 only drivers.
