So here's the deal. My new job is blocking most websites and known VPN services/proxies. I have a Raspberry Pi running Raspbian and doing basically nothing.

What steps/software should I use to transform it into a VPN server from home? I could connect through SSH and make a tunnel maybe? Please halp

You could set the server up as a SOCKs proxy, which would use SSH instead of VPN, and also requires some browser setup, but same basic idea. That's what I did in high school.
