Get job offer. Tell current boss/manager about the offer. See if they'll give counter-offer to keep you around.
Make sure the prospective company doesn't know anything about this. Also don't mention you're being replaced. Bring up ideological grievances or feelings that you're under utilized and want more responsibilities.
