Does anyone have experience formatting ebooks? I have a CSS problem. Pic related. Trawled the internet for answers.

Pretty sure the page numbers are tied to the actual page numbers from the physical book, at least with the Kobo. Might be related to the empty space at the bottom too, if it's trying to keep the page numbers consistent. Check the settings in the Kobo.
>>
Ask in the kobo section of the mobilread forums. I know for a fact that there are a few threads about adjusting the top/bottom margins using CSS, but your question seems a little bit different.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm 90% it's not the margins. Was going to even contact kobo to see if it's something that's fixed once you upload and it's distributed through them, i.e. changed from an 'epub' to KOBO epub'. I've noticed a similar thing vis-a-vis the bottom gaps to a lesser degree on certain other epubs downloaded through kobo, though without the page numbering problem, which suggests the two problems are separate.

I think i have the same problem but ive just learned to live with it. The settings dont make a lick of difference

Is that a .pdf or converted from one? .pdf formatting usually has problems with e-readers.

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
