As you can see from my pic I own the hd600. I bought a lot of headphones and they're the best I've heard by far. They're my end game and I haven't given other headphones any attention since I got them, I couldn't recommend them enough. Unless you NEED heavy bass like the x2's for example.

I think the sound of the HD600's is exactly what I'm looking for. I liked the X2's, especially the way they were built, but I couldn't get used to the way they sounded. The bass extension is great, but the lows are not very subtle and sound way too loose. Didn't like the highs either, grainy and unnatural.

What has kept me from buying the HD600's is that I don't like the look and they appear to be very fragile. Also, I'm trying to convince myself that my HD25's and in ear Hifiman's are high end enough to appreciate all aspects of the recordings...

I like mine. Of the sub-3000 dollar chairs it was the most comfortable for my back.

At this price range you really need to actually sit in them to see since the ergo features what what defines all of them and humans aren't all the same.

Humanscale for me were abysmal for example and the gesture had a very uncomfortable seat/lumbar system etc.

It has the automatic recline feature. It reclined fairly far, at least comparable to the Embody.

The Embody arms are absolutely shit, but the seat/back are quite comfortable.

The Gesture arms are amazing, but I disliked the rest of it. It was just a standard leap in that regard to me. The seat was maybe a little less comfortable even.
The issue I had with the seat was that the foam would compress enough that you could feel the bolt nubs and I only weigh 182~. The gap between the seat and the back was pretty high as well before it started giving support.

The Asus version is the PB258Q, the Dell version is the U2515H, both use the same 25" 2560x1440p 60Hz AH-IPS panel from LG.

Both have the small bezels, however the dell has better factory calibration, as well as better OSD menu, and it is slightly more advanced because it has a displayport in AND out so you can daisychain moniotrs on a single displayport if you want. The Asus model just has one displayport.
