when getting a PSU, add at least 100 watts to the max your parts would need, the AMD setup you posted needs at least 600W.

I'd still recommended saving up for a i5-6600k, it will last you at least 5 years with OCing, my 2500k still works fine to this day.

No. Either go for Skylake or wait for Zen, if that is going to be anything.

If these are fixed packages however, the AMD one is better, as long as it's running at least 8GiB of RAM. Its PSU is superior and there's a proper dGPU.

What the fuck are these choices though. Are you comparing prebuilts? What are the prices?

You're retarded if you genuinely think the 6100 is a "horrible" choice. Subpar for sure - especially in games like BF1 and GTA V - but these are still manageable and it definitely won't be outdated after a couple of months. Unless you pair it with something like a 1080, but that is a stupid choice in the first place.

I'd still recommend the 6500 over it, nonetheless. That one will definitely last you through another GPU upgrade, the 6100 might not.

Are you in Germany, or any country that orders easily from there? Geizhals is superior to pcpartpicker (in terms of stores listed) in that country, I don't know for others, though.

This is an okay 500€ build. Inferior 470 and not really room for an SSD here, but you can't sacrifice on anything else and it'll work, at least: https://geizhals.eu/?cat=WL-739894

Swap out the two 4GiB sticks with one 8GiB if you plan on upgrading to 16 in the near future. You wouldn't really need it at this point, though. RAM is getting more expensive again anyway. :^)

We're really cutting corners here, nonetheless. I recommend to spend more. An i5-6500 is going to last you (much) longer, so you don't have to shell out for a new CPU on your next GPU upgrade already. The GPU is basically the cheapest 470 and it likely won't have a quality PCB either. You may switch it out with a good-quality 1050Ti at the cost of some performance. Regarding the 470, Gigabyte and other vendors offer superior choices for 10-20€ more, as in running cooler, having more OC headroom and probably lasting your longer - you may also think about a 480, or 8GiB versions respectively. (Don't forget about NV's 1060 - only the 6GiB version, however.) An SSD drastically improves loading times on anything. 2TB Hard Drives offer superior price-/performance over 1TB ones. 16GiB RAM may also be more convenient for the future, especially with that 6500. You may also up that PSU to something with better quality, although that Coolermaster won't burn your house down. Last but not least, a better case and fans may help with airflow and reusability, but is not really mandatory.

Aside from the 280 being somewhat outdated, it won't make much of a difference in performance, but a great deal in power efficiency as well as one GiB more VRAM.

You will leave out some price-/performance over a 470 though, depending on where you live.
