So I was building a pc and plugged in all the necessary parts but when I turned the power on, all seemed to work well except the gpu fan starts and stops like a clockwork. I checked to make sure everything was plugged in all the way yet I still have the same problem. Any solutions?

Don't know about the 950 but my 480 turns the fans off when it doesn't need them
>$140 for a 950.
Fucking return it right now and get something that isn't complete shit. In fact return that whole fuckup of a build.

You may have no problem. Yes, it does seem odd for a fan to start then stop. However, most video card fans only spin when the cards deems the need the for cooling. This is once case were the fan does not spin "24/7."

It sounds like a non-harmful driver issue, but it may be bad for the lifetime of the fan (in case anyone gives a fuck)
