Why are others thinking it's a good idea to remove the headphone jack? Apple users buy it because they are mindless cultists. They would buy an iPhone if it had no screen and no way of calling anyone, and they would keep buying them if there was no way to recharge the battery. They would keep buying apps if there was just a button to buy apps and they would unsecure their WiFi if it could only connect to unsecured WiFi (due to not having a screen and the only button is to buy random apps).
