There's literally no point in ever buying a smartphone more expensive than budget-tier.
A Moto G4 for example runs anything perfectly fine except shitty unoptimized games with RAM to spare for multitasking, why do phones that cost 4x more even exist?
thanks for your input, rajesh, we'll let you know when we want more.
>Buying phones without custom ROM support
>Letting your phone manufacturer decide when and if you can update your phone
Fuck off

>needing "custom ROM support" instead of just rooting the thing
What did he mean by this?
>>57881206
It means I prefer having the newest update and not be stuck on Kit Kat and also know that it's possible to both root and use custom ROMs
>>57881231
I'm not sure what you mean, you can easily root and install ROMs in the Moto G4.
Is this b8?
Because people are retarded. My brother has an iPhone 7 and all he does is call, text and web browse. A £100 phone would do the same job.

The old ones, sure, the Moto G Play doesn't have official Cyanogenmod yet
>>57881254
Shitty pajeet roms maybe. The kind where the camera, phone, messaging doesn't work properly

Same, using a G4 Play with xda-pajeet CM13.
It runs perfectly fine, I would still like an official one though.
That being said, the G4 (falcon) does have official cm support.
I'm gonna buy Galaxy A5 (2016)
Any experiences with that one?
