If no one cares go to some site like squarespace.com, you'll be able to set it up yourself.
If someone does care and you have that means you have money, then don't be a jew and pay someone to do it.

Email doesnt have to be hard. Instead of hosting it himself he can just point the mx and spf records to zoho mail. Sign up for a free account and be done with it.

Certain email providers like gmail and fastmail allow you to use your own domain name. Most registrars also give you an email service with the domain name, but they are mostly shit
