First we take out the battery, remove all screws from the back (put them where you find them again and dont lose em!), and CAREFULLY take of the back.
It should look like this

Since the antenna of the wireless-module is inside the screens case it is important to disconnect it, so we won't rip everything apart :-)

Carefully open the display case now.
If you are a /beginner/ you should use proper tools, but if you are careful enough any knife or small flathead-screwdriver will do the trick

Try to find useful information on one of em stickers on the backside.

Here we have a HSD101PFW2 lcd and we need exactly that controller for it:
