Is there any lightweight standalone viewer of .spc (xray spectra) files?
I need to open 3 and I don't want to download trials for some big software.
Thanks!

>The Environmental Protection Agency publishes a free spectra reader called ShowSPC that is open to the public

Did it help?

No. I wouldn't ask if it did.
Wiki gives two big things that you need to register to download and showspc as well as all of the stuff I've already found doesn't work on windows 10.

I'll try. I've just checked one from wiki and it shows "Not valid spc data format". I'm downloading this one. Thanks.
Is the .spc file format publicly documented?

Well, it couldn't open the files.
