I'm kind of poor so I cannot afford a top tier phone. I was looking at these chinese phones and people say they're pretty good for the price. Is this GSM unlocked phone able to be used on MetroPCS with 4g LTE?

Its the DOOGEE X5 Pro.

dude, you can buy really cheap chinkphones and they all have decent specs.
Get one of the under 200 bucks chinkphones and be done with it.
