I've tried googling this for an hour, and I can't get an answer.
So when you open Task Manager and go to the "Networks" tab, it has a list of your Adapters and gives you their "Network Utilization", "Link Speed" and "State".
My "Network Utilization" never goes above 3%. My "Link Speed" is 100mbps. Why is this? Does it mean that I'm bottlenecking somewhere and there's nothing I can do about it? Does it mean that I have some restrictive setting? Does it mean that the (((ISP))) is cucking me? Wtf??
Why would I ever want my Network Utilization to not be 100%?
Tl;dr wtf is network Utilization and how do I increase it? Also what distribution of Linux makes it so that I can dictate with complete authority what MY (not Microsoft's or Bittorents or Skypes or every other Jewish process that starts running when I start my comp) fucking computer does.
