HP EliteBook 745 g3. The elitebook som are not cheap and definitely don't suffer from the same problems that consumer HP gear does. It also comes with an AMD APU, so no intel and no nvidia. Metal construction and premium feel, if the reviews are to be believed. As for the place of manufacture, I have no idea.
